摘要
吉林大学中日联谊医院通过借鉴国内高水平研究型医院建设的有益经验,结合自身建设的实际,在实践中不断锤炼、完善、创新,探索出坚持医疗、教学、科研、管理、文化五位一体、协调并举的发展策略,在建设高水平研究型医院的过程中积累了经验,取得了一定成绩。
Referring by the experiences of research hospital building in other hospitals and combining with hospital situations, China-Japan Union Hospital has developed an integrated development strategy involves medical service, teaching, research, management and culture. It has got some effectiveness on building research hospital.
