摘要
针对具有长形炉膛的燃气加热设备设计了一种开式直筒辐射管,利用其与燃气燃烧器的配合解决长形炉膛加热设备中常出现的火焰长度相对较短、炉内受热不均等问题,并通过实验对开式直筒辐射管的换热性能进行了研究。结果表明,在长形炉膛内使用开式直筒辐射管后,炉膛整体温度分布明显较过去均匀,有效避免了长形炉膛内经常出现的炉壁局部烧损的问题;同时,加热炉的效能也有了相当的提高。
A uncork - cylirgter radiant tube was designed to combine with the gas burner to solve the prob-lems of short/lame lengtand uneven heat release in the heat device with long furnace, and experimental study on the heat transfer characteristics of uncork - cylinder radiant tube in long furnace was carried on. The results show : after using uncork - cylinder radiant tube, temperature distribution of the whole furnace was more uniform and the problems of heat release convergence could be solved effectively; at the same time, the efficiency of heat device was also enhanced.
