摘要
以大豆粉末磷脂为原料,研究了甲醇钠催化其醇解反应,同时制备含有甘油磷脂酰胆碱(GPC)和甘油磷脂酰乙醇胺(GPE)的混合物。通过探讨大豆粉末磷脂与无水甲醇料液比、催化剂甲醇钠添加量、反应温度、反应时间对反应产物中GPC和GPE得率的影响规律,确定了甲醇钠催化醇解大豆粉末磷脂的最佳反应条件:料液比1∶4,催化剂甲醇钠添加量5%(以大豆粉末磷脂质量计),反应温度35℃,反应时间6 h。在最佳反应条件下,GPC得率为93.60%,GPE得率为88.69%。
The preparation of the mixture of glycerylphosphorylcholine (GPC) and glycerylphosphorylethanolamine (GPE) by sodium methoxide -catalyzed alcoholysis reaction was studied using powded soybean phospholipid. The effects of ratio of powded soybean phospholipid to methanol, sodium methoxide dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yields of GPC and GPE were investigated. The resuits showed that the optimal alcoholysis conditions were determined as follows:ratio of powded soybean phospholipid to methanol 1 : 4, sodium methoxide dosage 5 % ( based on the mass of powded soybean phospholipid), reaction temperature 35 ℃, reaction time 6 h. Under the optimal conditions, the yields of GPC and GPE were 93.60% and 88.69% ,respectively.
