芩芍颗粒对雏鸡胃肠功能及其血清D-木糖含量和乙酰胆碱酯酶活力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 该试验旨在研究芩芍颗粒对恩诺沙星致雏鸡胃肠功能异常及其血清D-木糖含量和乙酰胆碱酯酶活力的影响。选择1日龄健康荣昌本地鸡,灌服恩诺沙星后,用不同剂量芩芍颗粒对其进行调理,然后测其血清乙酰胆碱酯酶活力,再灌服D-木糖,5d后检测血清D-木糖含量。结果显示,雏鸡灌服2g/kg体重的恩诺沙星可溶性粉1周,分别饲喂2.5g/kg、5g/kg、7.5g/kg体重剂量的芩芍颗粒后,生长性能得到明显改善,血清D-木糖含量增加和乙酰胆碱酯酶活力提高,与恩诺沙星组相比,P<0.01;剂量为5g/kg、7.5g/kg体重的调理效果优于2.5g/kg体重,P<0.05。表明芩芍颗粒能有效调理由恩诺沙星引起的胃肠功能障碍,提高雏鸡的生长性能。 To investigate the effects of Qinshao granules on D-xylose and acetylcholinesterase in chicks with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by enrofloxacine. 1-day-old healthy Rongchang local chicks fed with enrofloxacin were chosen to generate gastrointestinal dysfunction. We treated the chicks with differ- ent doses of Qinshao granules after a week. The results showed chicks fed with enrofloxacin soluble pow- der 2 g/kg had decreased acetylcholinesterase and D-xylose in serum. The Qinshao granules could improve the growth performance and increase the level of D-xylose and acetylcholinesterase in serum. Compared with enrofloxacin group, there was very significant difference (P〈0.01). The abnormal chicks fed with Qinshao granules 5 g/kg and 7.5 g/kg were better than the group of 2.5 g/kg dose, and the difference was significant (PM〈0.05). We concluded the Qinshao granules could prevent the gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by enrofloxacine and improve the growth performance of abnormal chicks.
