经颅多普勒观察52例汉族教师进西藏前后脑血流动力学变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对52名健康汉族人在藏生活1年前后的经颅多普勒(TCD)检查参数对比分析,了解高原环境对其脑血流动力学的影响。方法对我院52名健康汉族教师进西藏生活一年的前后,做TCD检查。进藏前确定为A组,返回后确定为B组,并将两组资料进行对照分析。结果 A组人群的大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、椎动脉(VA)和基底动脉(BA),其血流速度均较B组减慢,TCD主要参数差别有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论在西藏高原缺氧状态下,人体耗氧量较大,血红蛋白增加,心率加快,能引起人体内一系列病理生理变化。返回内地初因含氧量充足,人体有一个调整适应期。血流速度较大的变化对人体心、脑循环系统影响很大,有增加脑出血、脑血栓、猝死等疾病风险的可能性。 Objective Through comparative analysis for the checked parameters of TCD among 52 Han people before and after living in Tibet for one year , we have learned about the circumstances' influence of plateau on people's cerebral hemodynamics . Methods TCD were performed to 52 healthy Han teachers of our college before and after they lived in Tibet for one year. Group A is for the teachers before going to Ti- bet and group B is for teachers who stayed in Tibet for one year, A comparative analysis of the two groups of data . Results Blood flow velocity of group A is slower than people of group B in their middle cerebral artery(MCA), anterior cerebral artery(ACA), posterior cerebral artery(PCA) , vertebral artery(VA)and basilar artery(BA). Major parameters of TCD show a significant difference(P(0.05). Conclusions At the state of Plateau hypoxia, oxygen consumption is higher lead for human body, hemoglobin increases, and heart rate elevates. All above can a rise to a series of pathological and physiological changes in human bodies. Because of xygen--rich in low altitude area , human body needs an adjustment stage when they come back from Tibet . Great change of lood flow velocity has a big influence dn the people's cardio--ce- rebrovascular circulatory system . It maybe a cause for cerebral hemorrhage , cerebral thrombosis and sudden death easily.
