摘要
目的:初步研究小苦苣菜中可能含有的化学成分类型。方法:采用系统预实验对小苦苣菜的水提液、乙醇提取液和石油醚提取物进行研究。结果:小苦苣菜中可能含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、糖、多糖、苷类、皂苷、鞣质、有机酸、黄酮、蒽醌、酚、内酯、香豆素、甾体化合物、萜类、生物碱和挥发油等。结论:实验为今后进一步研究小苦苣菜奠定良好的基础。
Objective: To identify the chemical compositions of Ixeris ehinensis (Thunb.)Nakai. Methods: Chemical compo- sitions of aqueous extract,ethanol extract and light petroleum extract of Ixeris chinensis (Thunb.)Nakai were studied by test tube method. Results : Ixeris chinensis (Thunb.)Nakai may contain amino acids, polypeptide, protein, sugar, polysaccha- ride, glycoside, saponins,tannin,organic aeid,flavonoids, anthraquinone,phenol, laetone, coumarin, steroid,terpenoids,alkaloid and volatile oil. Conclusion:The research provides foundation for further study of Ixeris ehinensis(Thunb. )Nakai.
