摘要
初始T细胞的完全活化需要两种信号的协同作用，第一信号为抗原特异性MHCII类分子和CD3／TCR组成的复合物；第二信号则由抗原递呈细胞或靶细胞表面的协同刺激分子与T细胞表面的相应受体的相互作用来实现。
