CD27-CD70系统与肿瘤性疾病研究的新进展

摘要 CD27及其配体是细胞和细胞上的一对共刺激分子,属于肿瘤坏死因子一肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族。CD27、CD70在T细胞活化和T、B细胞相互作用中有非常重要的作用。但CD27、CD70在肿瘤凋亡中起何作用尚在研究之中。本文就近几年关于CD27-CD70系统与多种肿瘤性疾病的关系作一综述。
