摘要
学生素质的培养是高职教育的核心目标之一。构建学生素质评价模型是检验教育效果的基础与前提,对保障教育质量具有重要意义。确定职业知识、职业能力、职业意识和人格品质四个因素以及18个二级指标的高职文秘学生素质层次分析评价模型并运用层次分析方法确定评价指标权重,从而为高职文秘学生的量化测评提供了方法。
The cultivation of the students' quality is one of the core objectives of higher vocational education. Building students' quality evaluation model is the basis and premise to examine the effects of education and is of great significance to guarantee the education quality. Higher vocational secretary students' quality evaluation model of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) , which is composed of four main factors, professional knowledge, professional ability, professional consciousness and personality qualities, as well as 18 secondary indices, using AHP to determine the index weight, provides a method for quantitative evaluation of higher vocational secretary students.
