摘要
采用理论研究、文献研究和比较研究等方法,对比分析新加坡、中国两国高职院校教师专业发展的差异,借鉴新加坡理工学院教师专业发展的先进经验与成功做法,提出促进中国高职院校教师专业发展的多种策略,为教育行政部门与高职院校开展此项工作提供研究和方法依据。
This article puts forward a variety of strategies to promote teachers' professional development of higher vocational college in China on the basis of analyzing the differences of professional development of higher vocational college teachers between Singapore and Chinese by using theories research, literature research and comparative analysis, as well as learning from the advanced experience and successful practice of Singapore Polytechnic College teachers' professional development. Thus, it can provide research and method basis for administrative departments of education and higher vocational colleges to carry out this work.
