摘要
以实际的双容水箱液位控制系统为例,讨论DDE技术在过程控制实验装置中的应用,通过把MATLAB软件、组态王软件及PID控制算法等融合在实验系统中,并利用它们各自的优势,实现了液位的无超调控制,调节时间也比较短.该应用研究同时扩展了实验装置的用途,具有一定的工程实用性.
Process control is a comprehensive and practical course. In the paper, DDE technology is used to integrate the advantages of MATLAB, Kingview and PID into the experiment device based on a water level control of double tank, and the better control results are obtained and the experiment device can be used fur- ther. The students can use the modified device to design more complicated system and realize it to practice.
