摘要
目的研究胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素治疗糖尿病的效果。方法选择2010年1月至2013年3月我院接诊的80例2型糖尿病患者进行研究。随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各40例患者。实验组采用胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素对患者进行治疗,对照组采用多次皮下注射胰岛素对患者进行治疗。对比两组的临床疗效。结果实验组患者的胰岛素用量明显少于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(t=9.856 5,P=0.000 0),实验组患者的停药后血糖维持良好时间明显长于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(t=8.705 1,P=0.000 0),实验组患者的血糖达标时间明显短于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(t=4.460 8,P=0.000 0)。实验组患者治疗的临床临床优良率(90.0%)明显高于对照组(60.0%),两组比较有统计学意义(χ2=7.384 6,P=0.024 9)。结论胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素治疗糖尿病的效果良好,明显优于传统的多次皮下注射。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion by insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2010 to March 2013 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group received the continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion by insulin pump, while patients in the control group received the multiple subcutaneous insulin injection. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The insulin dosage of experimental group was significantly less than that of control group (t = 9.856 5, P = 0.000 0). The time of maintain good blood glucose after drug withdrawal of experimental group was longer than that of control group (t = 8.705 1, P = 0.000 0). The time to achieve target blood glucose of experimental group was shorter than that of control group (t = 4.460 8, P = 0.000 0). The excellent and good rate of experimental group was 90.0%, significantly higher that 60.0% of control group (X^2 = 7.384 6, P = 0.024 9). Conclusions Continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion by insulin pump has good clinical effect in the treatment of diabetes mellitus, significantly better than traditional multiple subcutaneous insulin injection.
