摘要
目的:观察胰岛素泵治疗与常规胰岛素治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法:8 0例初诊2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,分别应用胰岛素泵治疗(CSⅡ组)和常规胰岛素治疗(MSⅡ组),分别检测两组患者治疗后的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐前血糖(PBG)、胰岛素、C肽水平和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)。结果:CSⅡ组患者治疗后的FBG、PBG和HbAlc明显低于MSⅡ组(P<0.05),CSⅡ患者治疗后的血胰岛素和C肽水平明显高于MSⅡ组(P<0.01)。结论:胰岛素泵治疗初诊2型糖尿病效果较好。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of insulin pump and regular insulin on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.Methods：80 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into 2 groups and were respectively administrated insulin pump treatment （CS Ⅱ group） and regular insulin treatment （MS Ⅱ group）.The FBG,PBG,insulin,C-peptide and HbAlc were detected.Results：After treatment, the FBG,PBG and HbAlc of patients in CS Ⅱ group were obviously lower than that of MS Ⅱ group （P 〈 0.05）; the insulin and C-peptide of patients in CS Ⅱ group were obviously higher than that of MS Ⅱ group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions：Type 2 diabetes patients can get fairly better therapetutic effects by using insulin pump.
