摘要
针对机械系统装调过程繁琐耗时和过度依赖技师的现状,构建动态装调虚拟平台系统。建立装调工艺参数与整机动态特性之间的映射关系,集成Pro/e,ANSYS,ADAMS中各自的优势模块,通过调整工艺参数取值进行大量的计算实验,并对实验数据进行学习预测,寻找工艺参数对整机动态特性的影响规律,以优化装调过程、指导技师装调、修正理论映射、提高装调效率。
To change the status of time-consuming and over-reliance on technicians in mechanical system alignment process,a virtual platform of dynamic alignment was proposed.The mapping relationship between alignment process parameters and machine dynamic characteristics was established,and the advantage modules about pro/e,ANSYS,ADAMS respectively were integrated.A large number of computational experiments were performed by adjusting the value of process parameters to learn and predict experimental data and the law of process parameters on machine dynamic characteristics was found out.The system could optimize the alignment process,guide technician alignment,modify the theory mapping and improve the alignment efficiency.
