建筑施工现场安全氛围测评的实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 首先根据我国建筑业施工现场的基本情况,参考近海石油企业安全氛围测量量表和相关研究,设计了包含7个维度的安全氛围调查问卷,并选取东莞市某建筑工地的工人作为被试对象进行了问卷调研。通过因子分析和信度与效度检验验证了该安全氛围量表的合理性。最后对该施工现场的安全氛围现状进行评价,指出了该项目现场安全文化建设中的不足。研究表明加强安全培训对安全氛围的感知具有显著积极影响,而工人工作年限的积累对安全氛围的感知具有双重影响。 According to the basic situation of China' s construction site and making reference to a measurement scale and related studies of the offshore oil safety climate, the paper firstly designs a questionnaire with seven dimensions, then selects the site workers of some building in Dongguan as the test objects in a questionnaire survey. In order to verify the rationality of the safety climate scale, factor analysis and reliability and validity testing are given. Finally, authors assess the current situation of safety climate in the construction site, and points out the deficiency of safety culture in the site. Studies have shown that safety training has a significant positive impact on the perception of safety climate, and the workers accumulation have a dual effect on the workers' perception of safety climate.
