摘要
安全文化作为企业文化建设的一部分,越来越得到生产企业的重视,尤其对安全责任比较重大的煤炭行业,建立安全文化体系加强安全工作是提升安全管理的一条有效途径。本文从宣传教育、科技推广、法律制度、引进管理。
Safe culture as a part of the enterprise culture, is getting more and more important in now days, Especially in the mine company. Building the safe culture system is a useful approach to strength the safe work. This paper wants to expatiate the method of construe the enterprise safe culture from instructing technology law and management system.
