摘要
为了实现油田规模化经济开发,研制了新型数字化抽油机。该抽油机在调径变矩抽油机基础上增加了移动式平衡调节机构和智能控制系统,具有自动调节、手操电动、人工调节3种平衡调节方式,可同步采集油井示功图与电参数、定时分析判定和自调抽油机平衡、冲次等参数,使得抽油机在最佳工况下安全平稳运行。现场同井、同机等条件下5口油井的测试结果表明,新型数字化抽油机平均系统效率提高了6个百分点,平均节电率为18%。该抽油机的成功开发满足油田数字化建设和油井生产运行的需要,具有良好的推广应用前景。
To meet the needs of digital oilfield construction and achieve large-scale economical development in oilfields, a new type of digital pumping unit was developed. On the basis of adjustable diameter and changeable torque pumping unit, the new unit adds mobile balance regulating mechanism and intelligent control system. It has three balance regulating modes: automatic regulation, manual operation and electric drive, and artificial regulation. It can conduct a synchronous collection of indicator diagram and electric parameters as well as the parameters of pumping unit balance and pumping speed. It can keep pumping unit operating safely and smoothly in the best operating condition. The test findings in 5 wells in the field condition of the same well and the same-lifting capacity pumping unit, show that the average system efficiency of the new unit improves by 6% and the average electricity saving rate is 18%. The successful development of the unit meets the needs of oilfield digital construction and oilwell production operation. It has a bright prospect of spread and application.
