螺母旋转式滚珠丝杠直驱抽油装置研制与应用

摘要 针对国内油田低产井数量多、抽油设备能耗大的问题,研制了一种螺母旋转式滚珠丝杠直驱抽油装置。建立了该装置的数学模型,完成空心轴永磁电动机、滚珠丝杠、导轨和测控系统等核心部件的设计和制造。样机采用立式筒状结构,内部设计了专用的导轨,保证滚珠丝杠垂直方向运动的精准性。开展现场试验2口井,应用情况表明:与常规游梁式抽油机相比,该抽油装置使泵效提高了36.23个百分点,系统效率提高了2.65个百分点,日节电24.24kW·h,取得了良好的初期应用效果。螺母旋转式滚珠丝杠直驱抽油装置动力性能好,运行平稳,整机结构紧凑,直接安装在套管法兰上,施工方便快捷,为油田低产井举升技术提供了一种高效可行的方法。 Because large number of low production wells and high energy consumption of pumping equipment existed in domestic oilfields,the direct-drive pumping unit with nut-rotating ball screw has been proposed.The mathematical model of the unit was established,and the design and manufacture of the key components such as hollow shaft permanent magnet motor,ball screw,guide rail and measurement and control system were completed.The prototype has adopted vertical barrel structure,and the special guide rail was designed inside to ensure the movement accuracy of the ball screw in the vertical direction.Field tests were carried out in two wells and the results showed that the pumping efficiency and system efficiency of the pumping unit were increased by 36.23%and 2.65%respectively and the daily power saving rate was 24.24 kW·h,compared with conventional beam pumping unit,with good initial application results being obtained.The direct-driving pumping unit with the nut-rotating ball screw has good dynamic performance,stable operation,compact structure,directly installed on the casing flange,convenient and fast construction,which provides an efficient and feasible method for the lifting technology of low production wells in oilfield.
