翅片螺距和翅片高度对折齿型螺旋翅片管束传热及阻力特性的影响 被引量:3

The Effects of Fin Pitch and Fin Height on Heat Transfer and Flow Resistance Characteristics of Twisted-segmented-finned Tube Banks

摘要 折齿型螺旋翅片管是在平齿型螺旋翅片管的基础上改进而成的一种新型翅片管。为获取其在错列布置下的传热和阻力特性的变化规律,对5组试件进行了模化试验。结果表明:当pf/d_o在0.096~0.134时,空气侧Nu数随翅片螺距的增大而增大,当pf/d_o在0.134~0.233时,翅片螺距对于Nu数影响很小;Eu数随着翅片螺距的增大而减小;当Hf/d_o在0.365~0.471时,存在最优翅片高度,使得空气侧Nu数最大;Eu数随着翅片高度的增大而增大。 The twisted-segmented-finned tube is a new type of finned tube improved on the base of the segmented-finned tube. For the law of the heat transfer and flow resistance of the twisted-segmented-finned tube banks with staggered layouts, five specimen were tested on the modeling experiment. The conclusion is draw that, Nu increases with the increasing of the fin pitch when Pf/d oranges from 0. 096 to 0. 134, the fin pitch has little effect on Nu when pf/do ranges from 0. 134 to 0. 233, Eu always decreases with the increasing of fin pitch. There is a best fin height which makes the Nu largest when Hi^do ranges from 0. 365 0. 471, Eu always increases with the increasing of fin height.
