摘要
采用实验的方法研究低质量含气率(3%-5%)对折流板管壳式换热器壳侧气液两相换热和流动的影响,在相同的管内流体参数下比较了壳侧单相与两相流体流动和换热特性,并结合实验数据分析不同两相流流型下壳侧的流动与换热特性。以迪图斯-贝尔特公式为基础拟合出努谢尔特数Nu和雷诺数Re的关系式,以气液两相均相流模型为基础拟合出摩擦阻力系数fi与Re的关系式,为折流板管壳式换热器气液两相流的应用提供参考依据。
The effect of low quality gas rate ranging from 3% to 5% in shell side on gas-liquid two-phase flow and heat transfer in the tube and shell heat exchanger with segmental baffles is studied by experimental method. Under the condition of same fluid parameter inside the tube, the difference of flow and heat transfer characteristics between single-phase and two- phase medium in shell side is compared. And the flow and heat transfer characteristics with different type of gas-liquid two- phase flow in shell side is analyzed based on experimental data. In the end, the formula of Nu and Re based on Dittus-Beh and the formula of fi and Re based on homogeneous flow model is fitted,which can provide references for the application of gas-liquid two-phase flow of tube and shell heat exchanger with segmental baffles.
