摘要
目的:建立离子色谱法测定中药材中二氧化硫含量的检测方法。方法:采用AS-11-HC色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm,5μm),保护柱AG-11-HC(50 mm×4 mm,5μm),以30 mmol·L^(-1)氢氧化钠溶液为淋洗液,甲醛为SO_3^(2-)的稳定剂,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:硫酸盐标准溶液在5~5 000 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0)。平均回收率为100.94%(RSD=2.58%,n=15)。结论:本法灵敏、准确,简便易行,重复性好,可用于中药材的二氧化硫的含量测定。
Objective : To establish a quantitative analysis method to determine the content of sulfurous anhydride in Chinese medicines. Method: An AS-11-HC(250 mm x4 ram, 5 μm) column was selected as the separative column, and an AG-11-HC(50 mm x4 ram, 5 m) column was selected as the protective column, and 30 mmol . L-1 NaOH was used as the eluent. Formaldehyde was add- ed into the samples to stabilize sulfite The flow rate was 1.0 ml . min-1. Result: The linear range of sulfate was 5-5 000 ng( r = 1. 000 0), and the average recovery was 100.94% (RSD = 2.58% ,n = 15 ). Conclusion: The method is convenient, rapid, accurate and reoroducible, and can be used in the ualitv control of sulfurous anhydride in Chinese crude druzs.
