摘要
本文对我国合同法体系的现状作了评价 ,阐述了我国合同法体系的发展历程及现存的缺陷 ,认为合同法体系的建设是一个从观念到实践的全方位的建构过程 ,并从立法角度提出了完善合同法体系的举措。
In this thesis, the author appraises the system of the PRC Contract Law through discussion, and points out its flaws. The author's view is that the construction of the PRC Contract Law system is, from conception to practice, a comprehensively established course. Then, the thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the Contract Law system in terms of legislative practice.\;
