摘要
在建立农用运输车整车多体动力学模型的基础上 ,借助于软件 ADAMS和笔者编制的软件研究了农用运输车平顺性仿真的方法。以平顺性为目标函数 ,在优化悬架系统的特性参数后 ,进行结构 CAD。针对具体车型设计出新的悬架系统 ,并装车试验。仿真和试验结果都表明在整车多体动力学仿真的基础上进行悬架 CAD。
Based on an established multibody dynamics model of farm transport vehicles, with the help of the code ADAMS, the ride comfort simulation method was studied. Taking ride comfort as an objective function, which is in frequency domain, the structure CAD of the suspension system (springs and dampers) was carried out after the character parameters of the suspension were optimized. Taking aim at a typical model of vehicle, we redesigned its suspension system, and installed it on the vehicle to do the ride comfort experiment on road. The simulation and experiment results show that it is an efficacious approach to improving the vehicle performance to make use of the suspension CAD based on the dynamic simulation.
