摘要
将研究对象分解为多个子系统,设计车辆行驶的路面特性文件和轮胎特性文件,从而建立某型客车的虚拟样机仿真模型,并进行平顺性仿真。最后测试车身上相应位置的加速度值,然后利用编制的计算软件,计算加权加速度均方根值,对于产品的开发与改进具有一定的指导价值。
The researched object is divided into several subsystems. By designing the road and tyre characteristic files and establising the virtual prototype model of a type of buses equipped with air suspension, the simulation of the comfortable capability is carried out. Then the acceleration value of some locations on the body is tested and estimated using the software programmed by the authors. The paper is valuable to the development and improvement of products.
