摘要
超低渗透油藏水平井压裂裂缝优化需要考虑注采井网、储层物性等因素,综合优化压裂段数、裂缝长度、布缝方式及裂缝导流能力等,只有这些参数达到最优组合,水平井开发才能获得更优的开发效益.结合长庆油田XX超低渗透区块的储层参数,在既定的七点井网和储层特征条件下,将遗传优化算法与PEBI数值模拟运算相结合,考虑压裂水平井的人工裂缝条数、裂缝长度、裂缝宽度及裂缝导流能力对压裂水平井开发效果的影响,优化得出该超低渗区700 m水平段的水平井人工压裂参数的最佳组合为:裂缝条数12 ~ 14条、裂缝最大半长175 m,裂缝导流能力(350~400) ×10-3 μm2·m,裂缝宽度0.8~1.3 cm.
A lot of parameters need to be considered for fractured horizontal wells in ultra- low permeability reservoir,such as the injection- production pattern,reservoir properties and so on. Besides the comprehensive optimization of the fracturing stages,fracture length and the fracture conductivity must be conducted. Only these parameters were achieved optimal combination,the fractured horizontal well could obtain better development. In the seven spot pattern,the genetic algorithm and the numerical simulation with PEBI grid were used to optimize the parameters for fractured horizontal wells in XX area of Changqing Oilfield,considering the artificial fracturing stages, fracture length,fracture width and fracture conductivity,the optimum combination of parameters in 700m ultra- low permeability horizontal section were: the number of the fracture is 12- 14; the maximum half length is 175m; the fracture conductivity is 350-400 mD; the fracture width is 0. 8- 1. 3cm.
