摘要
针对热喷涂(焊)材料难以切削的特点,介绍了如何根据不同的热喷涂(焊)材料选择不同的刀具材料,分析了精车和磨削过程中如何根据加工要求合理选择刀具几何参数和切削用量。简述了电解磨削原理,介绍了典型实例。经生产实践证明:通过合理选择刀具材料、刀具几何参数和切削用量可有效提高加工质量,减少刀具磨损,提高工效。
Thermal spraying (welding) material is difficult to cut. The paper introduced the selection of tool material according to the different thermal spraying (welding) material, analyzed how to select tool geometric parameters and cutting data in finish turning and grinding process. This paper briefly describes the principle of electrolytic grinding, and introduces the typical examples. Production practice has proved that: by rational selection of tool material, cutting tool geometry parameter and cutting dosage can effectively improve the processin~ quality, reduce the tool wear and improve workin~ efficiencv.
