蒎酮酰基硫脲衍生物的合成及杀虫活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 以蒎酮酸为原料,经酰氯化、亲核取代、亲核加成等反应,与取代苯胺生成了7个含四元环结构的酰基硫脲衍生物,其中6个为首次合成。所合成的产品经IR、1HNMR进行了结构鉴定。研究了所合成化合物对亚洲玉米螟的杀虫活性,该类化合物对亚洲玉米螟表现出一定的杀虫活性,并表现出一定的构效关系。 Seven acylthioureas derivatives containing a cy- clobuane ring were synthesized via acylchlorination, nucleo- philic substitution and nucleophiIic addition reaction using pi- nonic acid and substituted aniline as raw materials and six of which were obtained firstly. The structures were confirmed by IR and 1HNMR. The insecticidal activity of the synthetic de- rivatives against Ostrinia furnacalis was invesitigated. The re- suits indicated that synthetic derivatives showed certain insec- ticidal activity against Ostrinia furnacalis. Moreover a close relationship between their structure and effect was estab- lished.
