摘要
目的探讨MIPPO技术结合加长锁定钢板治疗长段股骨粉碎性骨折的效果。方法对18例长段股骨粉碎性骨折患者采用MIPPO技术结合加长锁定钢板治疗。结果18例均获随访,时间1~3年。骨折均骨性愈合,膝关节活动度为-5°~130°,拆除内固定后未出现再骨折。结论MIPPO技术结合加长锁定钢板是治疗长段股骨粉碎性骨折的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of long-segment femur comminuted fracture treated with MIPPO tech- nology combined lengthened locking plate. Methods 18 cases of long-segment comminuted fractures of femur were treated by using MIPPO technology combined with lengthened locking plate. Results 18 cases were followed up for 1 -3 years, the fractures got healing, the average ROM of the affected knee joints was -5° to 130°. No refractures were found after removal of internal fixation. Conclusions The MIPPO technology combined with lengthened locking plate is effective method to treat long-segment femoral comminuted fracture.
