摘要
医学生海外实习是以英、美等国家为代表的医学教育体制中的一项基本教学内容，在丰富医学生实习经历、提高其综合知识和技能等方面发挥着重要作用，是培养符合国际标准的高素质现代化医学人才的重要举措。简要介绍国外有代表性的医学院校在具体实施过程中采取的一些好的举措，以期为国内医学院校开展学生层面的国际交流提供参考。
As a basic teaching method in the medical education system represented by British and USA, overseas elective posting for medical student is playing significant role in enriching medical students＇ internship experience as well as improving their comprehensive knowledge and skills. Besides it＇ s also essential for cultivating modern and high-quality medical talents in line with international stan- dard. Therefore the purpose of the paper is to provide some references for carrying out international ex- change at students＇ level smoothly in domestic medical universities and colleges by simply introducing some good experiences and measures from several typical foreign medical colleges.
