摘要
针对电磁型欠压脱扣器可靠性较低、常见欠压脱扣器主电路设计方案较易损坏欠压脱扣器的问题,设计了一种基于电容降压的高可靠性欠压脱扣器,详细介绍了该脱扣器主电路、电压信号采样、频率跟踪、电源电路、放电电路的设计。实际应用表明,该脱扣器故障率不大于1‰,可靠性较高。
In view of problems that under-voltage electromagnetic releaser has low reliability and main circuit design scheme of common under-voltage releaser is easier to damage under-voltage releaser, an under-voltage releaser with high reliability based on capacitor depression voltage was designed. Design of main circuit, voltage signal sampling, frequency tracking, power circuit and discharge circuit of the releaser were introduced in details. The actual application shows that failure rate of the releaser is less than 1‰, and the releaser has higher reliability.
