摘要
针对传统的工矿企业客户关系管理系统中软件系统存在耦合度高、可靠性低、安全性差的问题,提出了一种基于Struts的工矿企业客户关系管理系统的设计方案;给出了Struts的Model-View-Controller架构及数据库连接池的配置;通过系统需求分析,详细介绍了系统中权限控制功能和防盗链功能的实现。实际应用表明,该系统运行良好,提高了企业对客户关系的管理效率。
In view of problems of high coupling degree, low reliability and bad safety existed in software system of traditional customer relationship management system for industrial and mining enterprises, the paper proposed a design scheme of customer relationship management system for industrial and mining enterprises based on Struts. It gave framework of Model-View-Controller of Struts and configuration of connection pool of database. And it introduced implementation of access control function and anti-theft link function through requirement analysis of the system. The actual application shows that the system runs stably and improves management efficiency for customer relationship.
