摘要
针对当前农产品物流配载过程中存在装载率低、物流成本高等问题,提出采用MVC设计模式开发一种规则包装农产品的单车配载系统。详细分析了农产品配载系统过程,并将其分为订单的生成、处理、结果展示3个阶段。设计了系统的总体框架、业务流程和功能模块,建立以装箱率最大为目标的模型,采用遗传算法与启发式算法相结合的方式对装载模型优化,并将该模型嵌入到装载功能模块中。采用JAVA3D技术实现系统合理配载方案的直观展示。该系统可以为农产品物流成本控制及农产品高效配载提供决策支持。
In order to improve the load rate and save logistics cost for agricultural products,a MVC design pattern based three-dimensional bin packing system,which provided decision support service for the packing of regular packaging agricultural products was implemented.After detailed analysis on the packing process of agricultural products,the packing process were divided into three stages including order generation,order processing and results presentation.Moreover,the main architecture,work flow and functional module of the system were also designed.For the purpose of setting up the loading model while maximizing the loading rate,the combined genetic algorithm and heuristic algorithm were adopted.The three-dimensional bin packing model was embedded into the system,and the result could be embedded in the web page and shown in the web browser vividly based on JAVA3D technology.The three-dimensional bin packing system could provide decision support for regular packaging agricultural product enterprises in loading cost savings.
