摘要
介绍了库仑滴定法测定煤中全硫的不确定度评定方法,并详细分析了不确定度的来源,包括由各种随机因素产生的不确定度分量、样品质量和库仑积分器计算得到的硫的质量及校正过程引入的不确定度分量。其中校正过程的标准不确定度由所用煤标准物质的标准不确定度、采用最小二乘法拟合校正工作曲线引入的标准不确定度和水分测定结果的标准不确定度合并得到。通过对上述不确定度分量的合并,得到库仑滴定法测定煤中全硫含量的标准不确定度,最后以扩展不确定度的形式给出测定值的不确定度范围。
This paper introduced the method of evaluation on uncertainty of total sulfur determination using coulometric titration method, and analyzed the origins of uncertainty, which included uncertainty component generated from random various kinds of factors, quality of samples, weight of sulfur calculated from Kulun integrator and uncertainty components caused by trimming process. Among those, the standard uncertainty intrimming process was summarized from standard uncertainty of reference coal, the standard uncertainty introduced by working curve which was fitted and corrected by least square method and standard uncertainty of moisture determination results. Through the merger mentioned above, we could get the standard uncertainty of determination of total sulfur using coulometric titration method, finally, the uncertainty range was showed in form of expanded uncertainty.
