摘要
缄默知识充斥在学习和教学过程中,对于课堂教学的效果有很大的影响;缄默知识是教学过程中出现难点、症结的原因之一,显性化课堂缄默知识是破解这些难点和症结的必由之路;创设开放、公平与民主的氛围,组织教学对话,引导学生分析和接近课堂中存在的各种缄默知识,帮助学生清除或克服那些阻碍其学习的缄默知识及缄默认知模式,是成功组织课堂并争取获得好的教学效果的决定性因素,也是缄默知识显性化的有效途径。教学对话主要包含师/生本对话、师生对话和生生对话三个方面。
There is lots of tacit knowledge in class and it has great influence on the teaching and learning. The tacit knowledge is one of the most important reasons for the difficulties and cruxes in the class. The explication of the tacit knowledge is the only way to solve these problems. To organize the teaching dialogue in an open, fair and democratic atmosphere and then to guide the students to analyze and close to all kinds of tacit knowledge in the classroom,help them to clear or overcome those obstacles of tacit knowledge and model, are the decisive factors for the teacher to try to organize a successful class and have the good effect. Teaching dialogue includes dialogue between teachers, students and text each other.
