摘要
在保证安全性的前提下,提出了一种新型的可倾斜式车辆转向机构,实现使车辆沿车身轴线方向的横滚倾斜,提高了车辆的过弯速度。根据阿克曼原理建立转向机构的数学模型,并利用Matlab软件和C语言进行计算和编绘,验证了机构的可行性并得到了机构的最优尺寸。应用该方法针对于Honda中国节能竞技大赛的参赛用车,利用Solidworks软件建立了可倾斜式车辆转向机构的模型。
In the premise of ensuring driving safety, in this article a new type of vehicle steering mechanism can be tilted is proposed, which makes the vehicle tilt along the body axis direction, to improve the vehicle's cornering speed. According to the Ackerman principle, mathematical model of the steering mechanism is established. With the software of Matlab and Visual C+ +, the feasibility and the optimal size of the mech- anism were ascertained. Finally, the method is applied for the Competition car for Honda China Energy Conservation Games, and, the three-dimensional model of the tiltable vehicle steering mechanism is estab- lished with the software of Solidworks.
