摘要
本文介绍了侧面碰撞对标分析的基本流程及内容,对东风某乘用车的侧面碰撞进行了对标分析。通过变形模式、车身加速度、前门侵入量、假人伤害四个指标的对比,验证了仿真与试验的一致性,为该车型的侧面碰撞安全性能优化设计奠定了基础。
The paper introduces the process and contents of the correlation analysis based on side-crash load case. Then it analyze the correlation of side-crash simulation and test of a DongFeng vehicle. Through the comparing of the deformation, acceleration, intrusion and dummy injury of simulation and test results, it proves the validity of the simulation and test. And then it can be as a foundation for the vehicle optimization design of safety.
