摘要
介绍了通过改进车身结构来改善轿车侧面碰撞安全性能的措施:车身侧面结构采用高强度钢、采用填充技术和结构优化技术,并对某车型结构改进实例进行仿真分析,验证了上述结构改进措施的有效性。
The measures for improving car safety performance in side impact by modifications in body structures are presented, covering the use of high-strength steel in side structure of car body and the adoption of stuff filling and structural optimization techniques. A simulation analysis is performed on a real example of structural modification for a car, which verifies the effectiveness of above-mentioned structural modification measures.
