摘要
阐述了传统思想政治教育和学生管理模式面临的问题和挑战,分析了目前学长制在高校实施过程中的作用和不足,并在此基础上构建了党员学长带班制,探讨了党员学长带班制在大学生思想政治教育和学生管理中的作用和意义。
Based on interpreting the problems and challenges in traditional ideological and political education and student management mode, and analyzing the role and shortcomings of the current system of class management by elder schoolmates, this paper constructs the system of class management by elder schoolmates as party members, and explores its role and significance in college students＇ ideological and political education and student management.
