G钻应用于乳磨牙根管治疗中的临床疗效评

摘要 目的:研究G钻应用于乳磨牙根管预备的临床效果。方法:选取临床上因慢性根尖周炎需行根管治疗的乳磨牙188颗,其中试验组98颗用G钻配合手用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,vitapex糊剂充填根管;另外对照组90颗患牙直接运用手用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,vitapex糊剂充填根管。评价两组乳磨牙根管治疗的充填效果及术后反应。结果:在两组乳磨牙根管治疗术后,试验组恰填率高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组术后3 d疼痛明显少于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后1周的疼痛发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与单纯使用手用不锈钢K锉对乳磨牙行根管预备相比,配合使用G钻预备的充填效果更佳,术后急性期疼痛发生率更低。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Gates Drills applied in root canal therapy of the periapical periodontitis of primary molars.Method: A total of 188 primary molars with periapical periodontitis for root canal therapy were divided into experimental group and control group.98 primary molars in the experimental group were prepared with Gates Drills and stainless steel hand-files, then filled with vitapex.90 primary molars in the control group were only prepared with stainless steel hand-files, then filled with vitapex.The effects of two kinds of instruments on the periapical periodontitis of primary molars after root canal therapy were evaluated.Result: Success rate of root filling in experimental group had statistical significance ( P〈0.05 ) .3 days after root canal therapy, the effect of controlling pain in experimental group was superior to control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ), but I week later, the differences between two groups were no statistically significant( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion: Compared with K-file alone, applying Gates Drills can effectively decrease the incidence of pain and improve Success rate of root filling in the root canal therapy of the periapieal periodontitis of primary molars.
