摘要
根管治疗仍是目前治疗根尖周炎和牙髓炎最有效的方法,但这一方法会不同程度地导致根管治疗期间急症的发生,目前还无有效方法避免。影响根管治疗期间急症发生的因素较多,且许多临床医师对这些因素缺乏全面系统的了解,无疑给临床工作者的诊治带来诸多不便。现对根管治疗期间急症发生的主要影响因素进行综述,以期为临床实践提供参考。
Currently,the root canal therapy（RCT）is also the best choice for treatment periapical periodontitis and pulpitis.But the RCT would cause different degrees of endodontic interappointment emergencies（IAE）,and there is no effective method to prevent it so far.Many factors can affect the IAE,and there are too many clinicians lacking comprehensive recognization about IAE,no doubt,it will bring many troubles for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Here is to make a review on the possibile influence factors of IAE according to the literatures,in order to provide informations for clinical practice.
