摘要
目的探讨人性化服务在产科病房护理管理中的作用。方法选择我院产科2010年12月至2011年11月未实施人性化服务以前的100名孕妇作为对照组;以在实施人性化服务以后随机抽取的2011年12月至2012年11月的在我院产科住院的100名孕妇作为观察组,比较两组患者的焦虑状况以及治疗的依从性。结果患者入院时都有不同程度的焦虑,提供人性化服务后,观察患者焦虑情绪明显减轻,与对照组相比,P<0.05。对照组对住院期间护理工作的满意度为61.0%,观察组对住院期间护理工作满意度为99.0%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论在产科病房实施人性化服务能够深化和推进了整体的护理工作,提高了孕产妇的安全感以及对医院的信任感,对提高患者的满意度以及治疗的依从性具有积极的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized service in nursing management of maternity wards.Methods 100 pregnant women in our department from December 2010 to November 2011 without humanized service were selected as the control group,and 100 pregnant women in our department from December 2011 to November 2012 with humanized service were selected as the observation group.The anxiety and compliance to treatment of two groups were compared.Results All patients had anxiety.After the humanized service,patients in observation group had significantly reduced anxiety,and compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The patients＇ satisfaction rate to nursing work during hospitalization was 61.0% in control group,and 99.0% in observation group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusions The application of humanized service in maternity wards can deepen and promote the overall care,improve pregnant women＇s sense of security and distrust to hospital,which has positive effects in improving patients＇ satisfaction and compliance to treatment.
