摘要
金宝山铂钯矿矿石中有价金属元素品位低,矿石种类繁多,矿物组成复杂,铂钯矿物嵌布粒度细,是国内典型的贫、细、杂难选矿石,仍未开发利用。在查阅大量相关文献的基础上,分析了金宝山铂钯矿难处理的原因,另外从单一浮选工艺、阶段磨矿—阶段选别—浮选与磁选相结合的联合工艺、微波预处理—浸出—置换的工艺及酸浸活化—提镁铁—渣浮选工艺等方面对低品位难处理铂钯矿综合利用现状进行了综述。
It is difficult to process platinum- palladium ores in Jinbaoshan due to the low grades, various types, complex mineral structure and fine - grained dissemination, which is a typical refrac tory complex ore. Based on the research of lots of correlative literature, this article analyses the reasons. An overview for the comprehensive utilization of these ores was made in aspects of single flotation process, stage grinding - stage dressing - the combined process of flotation and magnetic separation, microwave pretreatment - leaching - replacement process, and the activation of acid - leaching extracting of magnesium and iron - leaching residue flotation process and so on.
