摘要
现有研究个人隐性知识测量的文献,仅限于测量某一特定行业或特定阶层,一般层面上个人隐性知识测量需要研究工具的创新和大样本数据的实证.以四川、福建、吉林、上海等地二十余个组织的245名员工为被试进行个人隐性知识的问卷设计和调查,对回收的数据进行项目分析和修订,用结构方程模型进行效度检验,初步编制出一套能够进行广泛性测量、简易有效的个人隐性知识测量工具.
The existing research on individual tacit knowledge measurement are limited to a particular industry or class. A general level of measurement development needs large sample data and tools innovated. With more than 20 organizations, 245 employees from Sichuan, Fujian, Jilin and Shanghai took part in the empirical research. Item analysis is used to revise the preliminary scale and SEM method is used to test validity of the formal one, A simple and effective scale of individual tacit knowledge have been proposed.
