摘要
目的:采用红外分光光度法测定二甲硅油片中二甲硅油的含量。方法:用四氯化碳提取片剂中二甲硅油,红外分光光度法测定,扫描次数32次,光谱范围2000~400 cm-1,分辨率2 cm-1,测定特征波数1261 cm-1。结果:二甲硅油浓度在0.5~20.0 mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.7%(n=9)。结论:本方法可用于二甲硅油片中二甲硅油的含量测定。
Objective:To determine dimethicone in dimethicone tablets by infrared spectrophotometry. Methods: Dimethicone in tablet formulations was extracted with carbon tetrachloride and determined by infrared spectropho- tometry. The spectra were recorded with 32 scans over the spectral range of 2000 - 400 cm -1 at 2 cm -1 resolu- tion. The characteristic wavelength at 1261 cm-1 was selected for determination. Results: The calibration curve showed a good linearity over the range of 0. 5 - 20.0 mg .mL-1, r = 0. 9998. The average recovery was 99.7% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion: The method is suitable for the determination of dimethicone.
