摘要
通过乙酰甲胺磷随时间变化的原位衰减全反射红外光谱考察,表明乙酰甲胺磷相对稳定,不易挥发.红外光谱定量分析乙酰甲胺磷的方法有两种,一是以1697cm-1、1462cm-1、1216cm-1和1038cm-1处特征吸收峰的峰高对浓度作标准曲线,其线性回归系数R分别为0.9964、0.9963、0.9966和0.9967,平均值为0.9965:二是以1697cm-1、1462cm-1、l216cm-1和1038cm-1处吸收峰的峰面积对浓度作标准曲线,其线性回归系数尺分别为0.9922、0.9905、0.9902和0.9929,平均值为0.9915.结果表明,以峰高对浓度作图的标准曲线线性整体略好于以峰面积对浓度作图的标准曲线线性,乙酰甲胺磷在1.0~8.0μg·mL-1内呈线性关系.
In situ attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy was used to detect acephate at different times. It indicated that acephate was relatively stable and hardly volatile. There were two methods of quantitative analy- sis of acephate by Infrared Spectroscopy, one used the characteristic absorption peak height at 1 697 cm-1 , 1 462 cm-1,1 216 cm-1 and 1 038 cm-1 to concentration making standard curve and its linear regression coeffi- cient R were 0. 996 4, 0. 996 3, 0. 996 6 and 0. 996 7, the other used those peak integral area to concentration for standard curve and the linear regression coefficient R were 0. 992 2, 0. 990 5, 0. 990 2 and 0. 992 9. The mean value of the former was 0. 996 5 while the latter was 0. 991 5. The result showed that using absorption peak height to concentration for standard curve is better in linear than the one made by peak integral area to concentration. Acephate within 1.0 - 8.0 μg · mL-1 conformed to the linear relationship.
