摘要 Nrf2在机体抗氧化、维护机体正常生理功能具有重要作用。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是真核生物中调控基因表达的一类内源性非编码RNA,其大小长约20-25个核苷酸。围绕机体抗氧化相关基因调控的miRNA最新研究进展作一综述。 Nrf2 plays an important role in the anti-oxidation,maintaining the normal physiological function.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a kind of endogenous regulators of gene expression,which are eukaryotes non-coding RNA.This article reviewed the recent research progress of miRNAs focused on the antioxidant gene regulation.
