摘要
采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)结合气相—质谱法(GC-MS)研究了3种接骨木果实的挥发性组分。结果表明:分析出的组分中接骨木含8种,朝鲜接骨木和东北接骨木各含11种,主要成分有酮类、萜烯类、醇类、酯类、烷烃类和脂肪酸类化合物,这些物质决定了3种接骨木果实的食、药用价值以及风味特征。
We analysed volatile constituents of three species of Sambucus by HS-SPME/GC-MS. Eight compounds were identi- fied in Sambucus williansii Hanee, eleven in Sarnbucus coreana (Naka) Kom. and eleven in Sambucus manshurica Kitag. The main compounds are ketones, terpenes, alcohols, ester, alkanes and aliphatic acid. The nutrition values and aroma characteristics of three Sambucus are attributed to above compounds.
