摘要
介绍了超纯硫酸的规格、制备方法、包装、贮运及其分析检测情况。目前高纯电子化学品的需求日益增长，使得我国高纯电子化学品的生产研发要加大科研投入，尽快实现批量国产化。
It introduced the specifications, preparation methods, packaging, storage, analysis and test of ultra--pure sulfuric acid. The production and development of high--purity electronic chemicals in China must increase investment as soon as possible to achieve mass localization due to its growing demand.
