介绍了电子级磷酸的开发研究现状、制备方法、质量标准。重点综述了电子级磷酸装置工程设计特点,包括厂房设计、材质选择和超纯水问题。展望了电子级磷酸的发展前景,并提出了电子级磷酸生产装置建设意见和建议。
