摘要
日本食品安全规制有其特定背景和鲜明特征,并对中日食品贸易产生了双面影响。一方面其限制了食品贸易活跃度,导致中日食品贸易额大幅度滑坡,使高度依赖日本市场的中国食品企业蒙受了重大损失;但另一方面其又像清凉剂,促使中国食品企业快速走上安全、环保发展之路,增强了中国食品企业在国际食品市场上的竞争力。
The regulation of Japan' s food safety has its specific background, distinct features and rich content. So it exerts a double effect on China-Japan food trade. It limits the food trade activity and causes to the substantially slide of food trade value between China and Japan, and makes Chinese food enterprises suffer losses. However, it prompts Chinese food enterprises to step up the way of safety and environmental protection to strengthen the international competitiveness of Chinese food entel prises.
